What is the refund policy?
New subscribers are eligible for a one-time refund within 30 days of their original, initial purchase date, provided fewer than 50 total questions have been answered on the account since that original purchase.
This is a single, lifetime eligibility window per account — it applies once, to your first purchase only, and does not reset or renew with subsequent billing cycles, upgrades, or resubscriptions. Once this window has closed (by either the 30-day mark or the 50-question mark, whichever comes first) or a refund has been issued, the account is not eligible for any further refund request under this policy, regardless of future purchases or lapses in subscription.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical failures preventing access to the service of course remain eligible for resolution at any time, independent of this policy, and should be reported as soon as they're noticed.
