You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the month you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
Free trial. Your first 3 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Access – From the homepage, open your profile menu and select Manage Purchases.
Choose tab – Open the Communities or Courses tab.
Find the item – Use search or filters to locate the membership/course.
Cancel – Click the card icon in the Manage column (or the three-vertical-dots menu on the item row) and choose Leave community or Cancel course / Cancel Subscription.
Confirm – Confirm in the modal (e.g., “Yes, Cancel”). Access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and the item is then removed from your list.
Stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your subscription then ends.
Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee, except where the law requires a refund or where we choose to make one.
Charged by mistake. If we charged you in error, or charged you after you cancelled, email [email protected] within 60 days of the charge and we will correct it.
